Facing the real estate market can be intimidating at first — whether it’s buying or selling. But Sheri Cunningham is focused on bolstering her clients’ confidence with her extensive experience and cultivated skill.
Sheri was born and raised in Woodland, and her family has been here for generations. Having attended California State University, Chico, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business marketing. Both disciplines contribute to her real estate skills, as does her experience as a junior high school English teacher: empathy, patience, attention to detail, and clear communication.
And she understands what families need. She and her husband, Boe, have four grown children as well as five grandchildren. When their fourth child, Peyton, was born, Sheri’s entire world changed. Having a child with special needs brings a new perspective about family life and a deeper understanding of diversity within families: their needs, wants, goals, and dreams. This unique perspective is what sets Sheri apart as a compassionate and committed real estate advisor. There is no secret to her success as a real estate professional — she credits absolute truth and honesty, along with her genuine care for the clients she serves. She treats every transaction as if it were her own, knowing that a home may be the most significant investment of a client’s life.
Sheri is passionate about volunteering for charitable community programs and raising awareness and money to fight and find a cure for Rett Syndrome. In her spare time, Sheri enjoys traveling and exploring different corners of the earth. Even so, she recognizes that this wanderlust always centers her and brings a greater appreciation for Yolo County, her home, and her family.
